Our History
B Technical Designs is situated in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town.
Company managing director, Brett Rall, started his career in 2003 under the apprenticeship of Maas & Coetzee Lifestyle Architects. B Technical Designs was established in 2022 and continues to work in collaboration with Denis Maas.
Our focus is mainly on individual homes, be it your high-end dream house or simplistic smaller homes; all projects are tailored to each client’s specific tastes and needs.
We also assist with obtaining your existing plans from the local authority and preparation of building plans for renovations to existing houses.
